Hi Ladies,
We have officially started Indoor Conditioning at the stake center. It will be from 8:45 - 9:45 am on Monday's and Wednesdays. You are welcome to bring kids, however those that do will rotate days on chaperoning because the stake has specifically requested that the children NOT be left unattended. I plan on bringing mine and a few other ladies have said they'd probably bring theirs as well, so rotations should not be too frequent. The gym will be split and Exercisers will be in one half, while kids will be in the other half. Hope to see you all there tomorrow and if you can't make it then we'll see you there Monday.
