Indoor conditioning at the stake center cultural hall was initially declined due to liability issues with mothers bringing their children, etc.
The bishop asked the stake about it about a month ago and is waiting for their reply. You may want to hold off on that until permission is given.
Yes, some people go in to use the cultural hall...don't know about whether they received permission or not. Just thought I'd pass the word.
The bishop is aware that groups are using it and would like our ward to use it as well. But, no permission from the stake yet. Will keep you posted.
