Green Salad With Chicken & Red Oil Vinegar Dressing

Salad:
mixed greens
hard boiled eggs, sliced and fanned
chopped or torn grilled chicken (if you'd like,
marinade in your favorite marinade before grilling)
crasins
Dressing:
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 t. garlic salt
1 t. ground pepper
1/2 c. oil
6 T. Red Wine Vinegar
2 t. accent (MSG or seasoned salt)
Directions:
Clean & rinse salad, Toss. Put on plates, top with chopped chicken, crasins and garnish with 1 to 2 fanned eggs on the side. Whisk all dressing ingredients together and drizzle dressing on top, serve cold.
